Job Title: Business Analyst with IVR Experience

Duration: 6+ Months


Job Description

Business Analyst with strong verbal and written communication skills as well
as a background with call center environments.


This person should also have exposure to call center reporting, one of their
main responsibilities will be doing current state analysis and then gap
analysis between their current reports and the canned reports that are
coming with their new call center packages.  Part of this analysis will
include what type of information is included in these reports, what are the
tools and environments being used for reporting etc...


They also should have exposure to call center recording and workforce
management.  There is a current set of requirements as well as future state
requirements which they will need to learn and then keep abreast of them to
act and keep them updated.



This right candidate will have some knowledge of what IVR is, CTI and call
routing as well as some understanding of agent desktop
