Job Description
• Over 5+ year of IT experience with over 4+ years experience in
Documentum Suite of Product with experience in
Administration, Documentum Foundation Classes etc.
• Prior hands-on experience in providing Systems Administration on
Documentum
• Experience in working on Documentum Archive Service for Reports
Experience in working on Enterprise wide
implementation and administration of Documentum environment,
Migration of content into Documentum Repositories is
a Plus.
• Ability to advice on enterprise implementation of Documentum is an
added advantage.
• The applicant must have the ability to communicate effectively with
associates and to present plans and ideas in front
of a group.
• Excellent knowledge of Software Development Good written and oral
communication skills with sound problem
resolution, judgment and decision making skills along with
strong analytical and organizational skills a must.
• System Admin on Documentum
o - Documentum and ASR knowledge
o - Knowledge of Oracle and VM WARE
o - SQL like scripting
o - Report generation within Documentum
o - DFC - Documentum Foundation Classes development is a plus
• Systems Admin Tasks:
o 1. Coordinate activities with IT and Business
o 2. Create user accounts
o 3. Develop Documentum reports
o 4. Scripting to perform document imports and check-in
o 5. Verify database set up
o 6. Engage in all training and knowledge transfer meetings
