Tasks:
Implement and configure Oracle’s Primavera ProSight CPIC module
Provide training for end users on the CPIC module so the FY12 budget
submissions to OMB can be completed on time.
Perform a Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) workshop
Session to educate NSF personnel on how ProSight (OPPM) is used in the
Federal
environment for major and non-major program business case development and
Exhibit 300 and53 submission to OMB.
Workshop will cover options with respect to NSF internal use of ProSight as
well as configuration ideas common to Federal implementations.
Expectation that this workshop will be held before implementation and
configuration planning sessions so NSF personnel may familiarize themselves
with the CPIC module before making configuration and implementation
decisions.
Install Primavera Portfolio Management on development and production
environments
Conduct joint application development (JAD) session(s) to define CPIC
configuration and reporting requirements.
Configure basic NSF portfolio structure and provide roles based security
model
based on CPIC configuration requirements defined in JAD session.
Configure CPIC data entry roles (up to 2) and workflow processes for the
purposes of data collection.
Provide role based CPIC workshop to educate user community on configuration
use
in production environment.
Ensure that the FY 12 Exhibit 53 and Exhibit 300 submissions to OMB are
prepared and formatted correctly and that transmission is completed.

Senior Client Server Developer

Senior Client Server Developer with .NET Development Environment
The primary responsibility of the .*NET* developer will code on areas of
the merchandise location application. This resource will be coding client
server, backend solutions NOT web or UI solutions. *CLIENT SERVER
EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE RECENT.*

* 5 to 8 years of C#.Net, ASP.Net, XML development, Windows/Web
services and SQL Server A MUST*
* experience in writing stored procedures is a must-have; SSIS and SSB*

Position Overview: *
Client is seeking a Business Process Management (BPM) architect who has a
minimum of 6 years experience in a software implementation environment and
2 years implementation experience with Oracle BPM (formerly BEA Aqualogic
BPM). This position requires the willingness and ability to travel 40-80% of
the year, as well as the consulting, programming and communication skills
needed to develop BPM software solutions for clients and prospective
clients.
* Qualifications: *
• B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent degree;
or equivalent industry experience; Advanced degree or thesis preferred
• Minimum 2 years implementation experience with Oracle BPM (formerly BEA
Aqualogic BPM), including WebLogic application server
• Previous experience in an Architect role
• Recent experience with J2EE and related technologies (JSP, JSF, JSTL,
EJB, JMS, servlets, MVC, tag libraries)
• Demonstrable experience with Oracle’s Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

• Demonstrable experience with Microsoft technologies (.Net, COM/DCOM, VB)

• A minimum of two years of experience in process design or process
re-engineering
• One year of recent experience on ERP, CRM, or EAI implementations; ideal
candidate will have developed interfaces to these application APIs
• Minimum of one year of experience with iterative development methodology
• Proficient in UNIX and Windows OS
• Hands-on experience with at least one source control tool required

• Develop white papers
• Contribute to product improvements
• Strong coaching / mentoring of junior developers on projects
