The contract is for about 6 months but could also extend, Currently needs 2 resources Financial is not vital here. This is all content. The key is external web site development and support. We don't need a .Net web developer that works on internal applications. We need people that have experience support an external facing site. I don't think we can say what is top 3 skills. It is really the external web site experience is #1. The others are all just pieces needed that the candidate should be fluent in. If they have worked in a Microsoft environment, they should have most of them.
