*Title: Project Manager PAM Appication* *Location: Morristown, NJ* ***Duration: 6 Months* *Interview Process: Phone and IN PERSON** * *Bill Rate: $Open* *Full Description:* * Hands On Project Manager -- PAM A highly seasoned Hands on Project Mgr with at least 15+ years of experience in Investments Management Technology. Experience must include at least 5+ years with the PAM (Portfolio Asset Management) investment accounting system. The candidate is required to have in-depth experience with working with the PAM product, database structures, and interfaces to and/from other Investments Systems such as the Charles River Trading System. The individual will be working with business teams and development groups across organizations. Other responsibilities include: The Project Manager has the responsibility of planning, developing designs and directing the Project Team on each project assigned, and oversee/monitor all other resources to ascertain the project is meeting all critical specifications and is on schedule and within budget. Provides ongoing support and expertise to the assigned team, assisting them in accomplishing the goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for all areas under this position. Develops and revises complex project plans and budgets, works with users to understand problems, focuses on bringing issues to resolution, and escalates as necessary to meet timelines. Completes business and systems analysis as related to project scope. Interacts and negotiates with mid to senior level management on behalf of project team. Creates and delivers presentations on project goals and plans, including progress reports.. May require a Bachelors degree in a related area and 7+ years of experience in the field Skills/Experience Required: In addition to that which was mentioned in the summary above: • At least 15+ years of experience in Investments Information Technology. • At least 10 years of project management experience including project planning, tracking, issue/risk management, status reporting, team mgmt. • Must be able to participate in business/functional requirements capture and user acceptance test planning. Must be hands on and be able to research issues using SQL to help resolve issues. • Must be able follow a pre-defined SDLC and conform to deliverable templates. Must be able to inspect teams work for conformance to standards and resolve issues, as required. • At least 10 years of experience working across the entire SDLC, with 5 of those involving PAM. • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Must be able to bring teams in multiple location together and manage in a matrixed fashion. • Must have strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. • Bachelor's Degree. * * * ****Please provide 2 professional references with resume**** Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
