*INTERVIEW PROCESS: 2 PHONE INTERVIEWS TO HIRE (NO FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW
REQUIRED)*
*Openings: 2 positions*
*Location: MUST work out of Little Rock, Arkansas*
*Duration: Both are 6 month contract openings*
*Rate: $DOE per hour.*
*WHAT TO LOOK FOR: * This position will interface with a number of end
users and business owners. Strong communication skills are essential for
this opportunity. We are looking for a Solutions Architect with extensive
data warehouse experience. Experience with ETL (Datastage) aggregation
rules is required. Strong business intelligence experience is also
required. Experience working with real-time marketing solutions and
consulting company experience is a nice to have skill set.
*Project Overview:*
The contract is to provide an Enterprise Verification Tool using our APP-X
platform. We have about a six month window to implement the tool. It will
require an ISA to be the technical lead during requirements gathering,
design, code, test, and implementation. The good news is we have implemented
a similar solution for a sub-group within Nationwide called THI. We have a
foundation to build on. This is not as complex as building a custom
marketing database.

. Delivery Tools / Solution Component design and oversight
. Technical specifications for data warehouse ETL (aggregation rules)
. Technical specifications for data mart ETL (aggregation rules)
. Detailed Design for solution
. Technical Oversight and Question/Answer with Developers during
development
. Transition of solution to account support teams --- Development leader,
ISA

Manage the customer expectations
Design a marketing database from the requirements
Scope management of the solution
Create technical specifications of that marketing database to
the developers
Able to review business requirements and turn them in high level
design and technical design
Work with testing to answer questions and resolve day to day
problems.
