*Position Summary         ***

Maintain and enhance various systems and technologies, including Ariba
Procurement, Reporting, Intranet, and Mainframe Systems.  Determine new
system requirements, schedule implementation, and coordinate testing to
ensure timely and efficient system releases.  Design, code, test and debug
computer programs.  Establish operational specifications to maintain high
availability of the systems that are supported.  Manage data interchange to
and from server-based and mainframe systems.  Create and support vendor
electronic communications.

*Required Job Qualifications/Competencies       ***

Five years experience in at least two of the following functions:
maintaining production system, developing web applications (e.g. JSP, PHP,
ASP, Perl), producing reports from relational or flat file systems.  Also
must have experience with at least two of the following products/programming
languages: *Ariba, Java*, WebFocus, FOCUS, JavaScript, EDI, SQL, XML, CICS,
WebLogic

*Required Education and Experience       ***

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science or related degree or
equivalent combination of education, training and experience.  Knowledge of
procurement processes and business practices preferred, but not
required.  Self-motivated
individual with good analytical skills.  Ability to achieve objectives
within time constraints with limited supervision.

*Essential Functions                                          ***

1.       Manage all aspects of eCommerce projects when assigned to that role

2.       Perform in-depth and complex information collection and analysis in
support of assigned business objectives

3.       Support the design, programming, and implementation of new computer
applications, and enhancements to existing applications.

4.       Prepare test plans and data, analyze test results, and recommend
corrections for computer applications

5.       Provide project planning and management for assigned business
objectives.

6.       Review and critique the work of eCommerce Support Analysts

7.       Demonstrate a continuous pattern of skill development in the
technical disciplines required to achieve assigned business objectives.

8.       Produce lesson plans and conduct training classes for Procurement &
Materials Management based application systems.

9.       Successfully complete assignments in a timely and professional
manner.
