Good Morning,
We have a consultant that will be leaving to go oversees immediately
to attend to a family emergency. This will vacate a year long contract for
a SAS Programmer . This position does require a face to face interview so
please look for candidates who are local to Chicago or in a neighboring

Title: SAS Programmer
Location: Elk Grove Village, Illinois
Rate: up to $45 per hour
Duration: 1 year contract
Interview Process: Phone screen followed by a *face to face interview*

*Requirements:*
- Strong analytical skills as well as strong written and verbal
communication skills
- Base SAS 9.1 or greater
- SAS Macros
- Proc SQL
- SAS ODS
- Extensive SAS reporting experience
- Strong mainframe knowledge with SAS Mainframe, extensive data
manipulation experience
- Knowledge of mainframe JCL and NDM
- Unix Scripting
- Accessing Teradata via SAS
- Good Unix knowledge
- Must have the ability to organize/analyze multiple data sources and
events into a cohesive result
- Ability to adapt to project scope changes
- Ability to deliver an aggressive deadlines
*Nice to Have:*
- *Experience in the Credit Card or related industry is a definite plus*
- A working knowledge of basic statistics
