We have tried to use Dynamic Excel spreadsheets that are linked to CRM Dynamics but this has not succeeded globally after many attempts. This is a technical challenge, to get a simpler way to quickly view the data which is compounded by a process enforcement challenge wherein the tool is not fully adopted globally. Bottom line is that top management requires a quick and accurate way to view the health of all global sales. Providing accurate dashboards will help with the technical challenge and will help remove management to drive towards 100% adoption of CRM Dynamics. *Assumptions: * Full access to Panduit Subject Matter Experts will be provided for the duration of the project. Project will be completed with minimal access to Panduit IT. Panduit IT will be available for questions, but are engaged on other projects that cannot be impacted. Developer must design and create a multidimensional data structure to report from on Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) 2008 with source data from Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (CRM Dynamics db). Developer must create and schedule Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages on Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (CRM Dynamics db) that will populate and process cubes built on SSAS. Developer will create the reporting templates on Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Reporting Services (SSRS) which will create the charts / graphs to display to the users. These will be accessed via iframe/webpage into the CRM UI. Developer will need to add custom fields at the CRM presentation layer to save trend line & product information.
