-Exchange 2003 support with respect to routing, SMTP, administration, security
and operations
- Provide Tier 3 support for the Wintel Operations Team on a 24x7 basis
- Troubleshooting of previously implemented applications such as OCS, RightFAX,
BlackBerry, Trend scanmail and IronMail
- Daily monitoring of the Blackberry environment event & backup logs, working
with problem tickets and escalation to the appropriate individuals
- Daily monitoring of the Exchange environment event & backup logs, working
with problem tickets and escalation to the appropriate individuals
- Daily Support of Email compliance environment
- Daily Support of Email Archiving environment
- Work on the upgrade and support of existing Blackberry devices to Blackberry

- Monitors Net IQ and SCOM for alerts and status
- Daily monitoring of the Exchange environment event & backup logs, working
