Must have 2+yrs of *Functional* experience with oracle HRMSmodule: a. Analyze data flow of HRMS and involved systems supporting business processes b. Design most efficient data flow to optimize performance and scalability c. Execute most efficient data mapping between HRMS and other systems to optimize performance and scalability d. Support customizing agent workflow and user configuration e. Support system configuration, testing, and migration, of all modules f. Project documentation 2.
