Interview process: 1st - 30-minute phone screen 2nd - 2-hour in-person interview. *The Enterprising Testing Services Team (ETST), a member of the Technology Infrastructure Operations (TIO) division of Fannie Mae is currently in need/search of a qualified candidate to join our team in the role of “Performance Testing Specialist.” This individual/role will be primarily responsible for providing enterprise wide support for Performance/Load/Stress Testing requests from internal customers. The specific responsibilities includes providing day-to-day support for internal customers, developing basic and complex test scripts in LoadRunner, executing basic and complex scripts, troubleshooting existing scripts/suites and performing proper post-execution data gathering and analysis. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled, professional, motivated, proactive individual with a passion for problem solving and making things efficient. Education: o Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent required Minimum Experience: o 6-8 years or equivalent experience required Job Requirements: o 5+ years of experience in LoadRunner's Web & Database protocols o Creation and execution of load and performance tests based on customer workflow scenarios using Load Runner 9.x o Good hands-on experience in customizing and troubleshooting scripts on VuGen NOT record & Playback of scripts o Capture dynamic data at run time o Code modification incorporating control statements (looping, condition evaluation, etc…) o Use of LoadRunner Service & Utility functions, ANSI –C functions knowledge of setting parameter values for a given situation o Error handling o Thorough understanding of Run-Time settings and Recording options. o Understanding of common errors encountered during load and performance testing o Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) o Requirements Traceability knowledge/experience o Test plan / Test case creation and execution o Defect tracking “Nice to Have”: o Installation and configuration of LoadRunner Controller, Load Generator & Analysis o Scenario construction and execution using LoadRunner Controller o Ramp-up strategy o Sitescope monitoring o Understanding of the default report sand graphs o Creating additional reports and graphs o Merging & Filtering graphs o Analysis Template creation and application o Analysis report generation o Analysis and evaluation of load and performance test results compared to established baseline results to identify load and performance issues on a per release basis* Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
