Description:
Minimum 10+ years experience with MS SQL Server (6+ years experience
with MS SQL Server 2005).
Ability to work with large datasets
Must have done at least 4 years plus BI backend DB Architecture
background
Preferred experience in building/configuring/maintaining the
database in SaaS/E-commerce business
Strong experience in design and implementation of platform
architectures to support business requirements
Experience with large data sets (at least with 100M rows)
Very strong experience in Replication/Clustering/Tuning /Sizing
and Monitoring
Must experience in Backup/Recovery & upgrade procedure and process
Create/refine database complex queries, indexes, stored procedures
& data mining
Must have experience in developing, tuning, managing, maintaining
and administering reports for applications that use MS SQL as the back-end
database platform.
Understanding the benefits of data warehousing, data
architecture, data quality processes, data warehousing design and
implementation, table structure, fact and dimension tables, data modeling,
and ETL processes.
Experience with dimensional database systems such as SQL Server
2005 Analysis Services.

These developers are going to be working on a core Java, insurance agent
portal that is going to be used by thousands of employees.
Required:
At least 5 years experience in
- Java, J2EE(JSP, servlet, Jdbc),
- IBM WebSphere 6.0, 6.1(preferable) or weblogic
- DB2(preferable) or Oracle
At least 3 years experience in
- Developing, configuring, and deploying Java Web Services
- XML, XSLT
- Spring, Struts, Hibernate
Nice to Have:
- WebSphere Portal server
- Experience with WCM
