Reporting Specialist
Job Description:
Candidate will coordinate BI, BO & Webi reporting efforts in support of the
Customer Financial Services' Data Universe.
Tasks will include (some) design/development work but mostly user testing &
validation.
There will be significant coordination with Universe (business) owner &
end-users as well as IT staff, including the technical leads and report
developers. Efforts will concentrate on a WTW project involving a
comprehensive review of the existing portfolio of BI/BO reports in an effort
to identify gaps for the European & Latin America markets needs.
Incumbent will take direction and fully support the current Business Manager
& CFS Universe Owner.
Education Requirements: Preferably a degree in Information or Business
technology with experience in in Finance/Accounting.
Experience:
BI, Business Objects, (Webi & Crystal), SAP (AR, Collections, Credit & FSCM
modules),
Advanced Excel - a must
Project experience
Experience in writing reports off Data Universes Experience in AR/Finance -
creating & analyzing reports
Complexity: JR Generally performs single function tasks that tend to be of
moderate size and scope
Mid-Level Performs professional level work. Develops solutions requiring
analysis and research. Responsible for critical work and/or complex projects
performed within a broader technical and business context.
Senior Performs work that is complex and varied in nature. Defines and
discerns key aspects of a problem and develops an integrated solution within
a broad technical and business context of significant impact. May provide
guidance/training to more junior staff.
