Apply results of metrics research and technical knowledge to determine root causes of problems and develop appropriate solutions. Design and develop applications varying from basic through very complex. Provide broad exploratory / discovery consulting services to internal customers. Has a large degree of freedom to perform assigned tasks within schedule and cost. Works on assigned tasks with little or no supervision. Mentor junior team members of the team. May provide overall team leadership for assigned projects. Responsible and accountable for adherence to defined processes and project cost and schedule requirements. Develop / modify programs based on functional specifications, investigate and understand new technologies, assist/conduct unit-tests, integration testing, code review and performance monitoring. Assist and develop strategic roadmap from technical perspective where applicable. Identifies and implements process improvements. Bachelor's Degree in appropriate discipline or six years related experience plus eight years of related exempt experience. Analysis - Leads others in thinking through a logical, in-depth analysis of a problem or situation. Customer Service Orientation - Fully comprehends the value of the organization's customers and champions strategies to ensure world-class service. Dependability - Consistently produces exemplary results that can be used as prototypes for future projects. Self Development - Encourages others to identify and take advantage of developmental opportunities. * Project * Primary tasks will be assisting the SAP team with SAP enhancement efforts for the Business. These enhancements have been requested and prioritized by the business and need to be turned around in a timely manner. Candidate should be proficient in SAP 6.0 Quality functionality to be able to provide a solution to the request with minimal supervision. * Position* Capturing requirements, developing a solution, generating specifications, testing, documentation, and implementing the solution.
