We have a need for 3 months for a java developer to help with a custom ETL that was written in the MKE office. It is used to pick up info from our FormsNet app and populate the oracle outcomes data bases in MKE. Candidates should live in the MKE area. 1. ETL+ technical description (high-level) a. Populate - Run the AGNIS staging client to populate the AGNIS staging db hosted on Oracle (transmission secured by using client-side X.509 certificate authentication) b. Extract – Pull form data from the vertical tables of the AGNIS staging db c. Translate – Use mapping info in ETL value mapping table, translate FN2 value codes to the numeric codes used in the observational db for analysis. d. Load – use ETL column mapping table to map each from field from the vertical representation in AGNIS staging to appropriate table and column in the observational db, building the SQL loader statements that correspond to each form.
