*Job Title: Telecommunication Network Engineer* *Location: King of Prussia, PA* *Duration: 6+ Months (C2H)* * * *Reply to: [email protected]*** *Job Description* · Expert in Cisco Call Manager administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and support. · Call Center experience supporting of IVR scripts, ACD builds, Web View and ECas reporting. · Administer all aspects of Noble Voice Suite. · Maintain Witness call recording platform. · Support Cisco Meeting Place. · Unity administration. · Coordinate patching and upgrades for servers running supported applications. · Performance monitoring and capacity planning for voice and data.
