Duration: 4 months

Rate: open

   - *Engagement delivery*:  manage engagement risk, manage project
   economics including planning and budgeting, manage accounts receivable,
   define deliverable content, ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top
   management levels at the client.
   - *Client delivery*:  Engage on a day to day basis with client management
   and sponsorship
   - *Business Development*: support the development of contacts with top
   decision makers at key clients, participate and may lead aspects of the
   proposal development process.
   - *People Development*: provide input and guidance into the staffing
   process, and may participate in staff recruitment and retention activities.

*Qualifications:*

   - 4+ years in consulting services,
   - Experience within one or more of our Business Strategy & Transformation
   core capabilities – Strategy Development, Operating Model Design,
   Organizational Change Management, Business Case Development, Enterprise
   Program Management
   - Experience within one or more financial services sectors – Capital
   Markets, Banking, Insurance
   - Majority of engagement experience focused on the* *Financial Services
   market segment.
   - Qualified Master Black Belt with experience with finance/accounting
   processes
   - Experience working as part of a mixed teams, including clients and
   contractors with both business and technical backgrounds (include offshore
   teams).
   - Experience analyzing, designing and implementing large scale strategic
   solutions.
   - Strong communication experience should include presentation / proposal
   assistance, as well as an ability to interact effectively with people at all
   levels within a team or client organization.
   - Very high attention to detail.
   - Stellar work ethic.

*Functional/Technical Oracle Fixed Assets—know hiring manager*

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 6+ months

Rate:$60 inclusive

Need: Our client is looking for a functional/technical 70/30 Oracle
Financials Fixed Assets resource. Need someone with at least 3 FLC
implementations with FA.  We need someone that has experience with 11.5.10
to help with the implementation and also support.









*Oracle STREAMS Developer-- US Citizenship/GC Holders only*

Location: San Francisco, CA

Rate:  $80/hr inclusive

Duration: 2 months

Start Date: ASAP

Job Description:

Support the design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle Streams from
a production database to a remote (WAN) location; the target database will
be used as a reporting platform.

Server platform is Sun Solaris 10, Oracle version 10g.

*Required Skills:*

Significant (5+ years) Oracle STREAMS, Oracle 10g, Sun Solaris 10
experience.







*Land Department - Division of Interest/Division Order-- This is not an IT
role*

Location: Tulsa, OK

Duration: initial 3-4 months but great possibility of going for 3+ years

Rate: +expenses

Our client is an Oil and Gas company and they are in need of 5-6 specialized
skilled resources for a project they have currently.  We need Functional
consultants in the Land Departments with Oil and Gas companies with
experience around Division of Interest and/or Division Orders for 3-12
months.  These resources should have experience in the Burden of Interest
from Ownership of Oil Wells and the way the Oil wells are Titled.  There is
a separation of ownership and subsequently Royalties on revenue payments
that a Oil well owner/lease/property owner and well driller all have.  This
person knows how to go into the Title of an Oil well and pull the necessary
information (Division of Interest) so that our client can compile the
information into a newly developed computer program.  This is not an IT
role.

- Ability to analyze existing unburdened revenue division orders, analyst
spreadsheets and file information to rebuild current-ownership
burdened-based division orders using an Excel template. A basic
understanding of owner exceptions to marketing components is preferred.





*Functional Oracle Transportation Management----PERM*

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Salary: 110,000-125,000+benefits

Need: Client is doing an upgrade of their Oracle Transportation Management
system and they need a functional lead to drive the upgrade to the newest
version.  We need a strong candidate, with numerous FLC implementations with
OTM.

*Oracle Profitability Manager--CAP*

Location: Work can be done in Atlanta, NJ or Chicago

Rate: open inclusive

Duration: 3 months

Need: The person must have deep technical and functional knowledge of
Oracle's Profitability Manager Module. The person will be responsible for
providing functional/technical expertise to the client. The person will
partner with key business users to understand their business and challenges
and then make recommendations on how the module can be leveraged to resolve
their issues or provide new profitability reporting capabilities, and assist
in the development of the solution.

*Oracle OFSA*

Location: Greater NY

Duration 2-4 months

Rate: $85 inclusive



This is very urgent. We are looking for a resource to help us with our
project. We need them to assist with technical documentation of current
state for Oracle OFSA.



1.  Batch process and dependencies

2.  Interfaces with other systems - Job dependencies and data mapping

3.  BTMU customization.
