*Hi,* Client is looking for a *Web Developer – Portland, OR*. This is a *3 months*Contract Position and the salary range is DOE. Local candidates Preferred. The web Developer’s primary duties are to create and enhance a wide range of Internet applications, from internal tools to sophisticated web deployments utilizing all aspects of the .Net and database environments. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: A minimum of 5 years experience in web development, a related BS degree or equivalent experience, and a proven track record in product development are required. A solid knowledge of Internet technologies, graphical interface design, programming, and managing multiple websites and web applications in a variety of technologies such as .Net, HTML, XML, SQL, JavaScript, and ASP are needed, including knowing which technologies fit the specific needs of each project. Must stay abreast of the latest technologies and continue to build on current skill set. Familiarity with Dream Weaver and Flash, or similar design software, is desirable. Also required are excellent communication skills, organizational and documentation skills, the ability to effectively interface with other developers, management and IS personnel, and the ability to role model a team approach to problem solving. Must be flexible and have good working relations with co-workers and public.
