*Oracle Applications Developer* *6-12 month contract position in Columbus, Ohio.* * * *Duties:* Coding and unit testing report, interface, conversion and enhancement programs in an Oracle Applications environment. Investigating and resolving bugs, Responding to technical and application questions from users. *Requirements:* - Oracle Applications R11i and R12 experience in Financials and HRMS. Working knowledge of the Oracle 'Open Interface' tables. - Oracle Application Object Library: Working knowledge of AOL module, familiar with the relationship between core AOL tables. Register Menus, Forms, Reports and Scripts using AOL. Has a thorough understanding of value sets, key flex fields, descriptive flex fields. - Oracle Developer: Competent with Oracle Reports and Oracle Forms. Should have strong PL/SQL coding skills, ability to write database triggers, packages, procedures and functions. Working knowledge of using CUSTOM.pll library package to create new functionality to the Application. Experience with designing, coding and conversion of custom Reports and Forms. - Team Working: Experience working as part of a team; Ability to articulate and communicate ideas, problems and solutions within the team. - Technical Documentation: Ability to clearly articulate design concepts in technical specification documents. - Unit Testing: Experience in writing and executing unit tests. - Familiarity with Oracle Workflow. - Prior project experience with release R11i and R12 of Oracle Applications. - Pro *C: Ability to write user-exits and stand alone executables in Pro *C. - Linux: Experience using Linux as a development environment; Shell scripting. - Structured Development: Ability to utilize project methodologies and apply standards. *Education:* BA or BS Required Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
