* Business Analyst *
*Description***
- *Collaborate with internal and external customers, software engineers,
etc. to interview, research, and derive business and functional requirements
for products. *
- *Translate business requirements into detailed functional and
non-functional specifications *
- *Contribute, as required, to the "look" and "feel" of the product
including screen design, on-line text, and/or graphical user interface (GUI)
consistent with company standards. *
- *Participate in the design and testing phases, including design and
testing of prototypes and orchestration and sign-off on acceptance test
results to ensure design integrity. *

*Qualifications***
- *Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field *
- *Experience working as a Business or Systems Analyst *
- *Experience working in a Product Management or related field a plus
*
- *Minimum 5 years software development/design experience a plus *
- *Minimum 3 years health care industry software design application
experience a plus *
- *Ability to think analytically, define problems and frame solutions
*
- *Ability to understand and interact with technically-oriented team
members *
- *Ability to interact with internal and external customers to
interpret product requirements *
- *Excellent written and oral communications skills *
- *Excellent soft skills, including experience in facilitation,
diplomacy, and conflict resolution *
- *Proficiency with MS Office suite of products, including Visio,
Word, Excel *
- *Some experience and/or exposure to one or more of the following
relational databases; Oracle, SQL server, C++, XML or web services a plus

- *Experience with Agile/ iterative development methodologies or
consumer facing application development is highly desirable*
