1. pSeries experience with AIX OS 5.3.
2. Experience with IBM Clustering, HACMP, installations and configurations.
3. Experience with daily systems administration.
4. Recent work with VIO and LPAR configuration.
5. Individual must be diligent in their documentation of the environment.
6. Excellent teamwork, verbal and written communication is required.
