Project and main skills: migration – Open Replicator, Open Migrator, Powerpath, EMC SYmm Mgt Console, Brocade Manager comments: 1. Customer has a small but critical set of old Windows 2000 servers, some clustered, where error free migration will be key 2. Customer is very thin on Windows administration skills and will be looking to the resident to help with windows admin tasks like HBA driver upgrades, applying fixes, installing or upgrading powepath, manipulating whatever pathing solution the sharks use. 3. Given item 2 the resident will need experience end to end with OM and PPME migrations. There will be very little margin for error Based on this I recommend we continue to look for a candidate that has windows admin skills in addition to SAN skills.
