Attached and below is a requirement looking for 5 senior developers skilled with Foxtrot and/or ProTerm in the banking/financial industry. Position : Senior Developers Location : Milwaukee, WI Duration : 6Months Hourly rate : DOE Perform a variety of programming assignments requiring knowledge of established programming procedures and data processing requirements. Maintain, modify, and test programs. Extensive programming experience with one or both of the following scripting applications (a) Foxtrot (b) ProTERM Primary Responsibilities Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the abovementioned software applications. Understand Business Requirements and write new program code using prescribed specifications. Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor. Confer with users or testers to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing programs. Resolve questions of program intent, data input, output requirements, and inclusion of internal checks and controls. Write and maintain technical documentation including systems design documents. Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed. Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. 3-4 years experience in one or more of the following scripting applications (a) Foxtrot (b) ProTerm. Experience in IT projects in the Banking domain, preferably banking system migrations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently other team members and management. Fair understanding of Mainframes, Databases, and Software Development Methodologies Proficiency with SDLC, Extreme Programming and Agile processes. Other Requirements: Must be a US Citizen/ Permanent Resident or have valid visa/ permit to work in the USA. Should be willing to relocate to Milwaukee, WI for the duration of the project (typically 4-6 months). Must be willing to travel within USA for project needs.
