Location: New york, NY . Rate: DOE 6 Months *Business Analyst* • Gather and translate business requirements into a solution design, modeling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements and integration requirements are met. • Data conversion strategy and execution • Design and testing across all phases of the implementation of a Geneva portfolio accounting solution • Will liaise with the Geneva business teams, as well as with technical development team. • Will ensure that the integration of the configuration with Core and Custom builds is architecturally sound. • Responsible for problem identification, status tracking, structuring workstreams and engagement planning. • Creating overall application design and solution architecture. • Review, document and assess client operations. • Develop and present solutions and recommendations. • Gathering and prioritization of business requirements based upon business and user needs and technology capabilities. • Create strong working relationships with clients in business and IT roles. • Work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams. • Good understanding of reporting requirements • Good Knowledge of SQL Server, Reporting Services, XML and C# • Ability to assist in data mapping exercises • Understanding of data cleansing practices • Knowledge of Portfolio Accounting preferred • Good understanding of process modeling practices • Ability to articulate systems integration requirements (e.g. data types, sources, formats, and timeliness) • Unix skills preferred (e.g. core utilities, scripting, Unix file system concepts) *Skills*** • Experience in implementations, migrations and system integrations • At least 5 - 10 Years Financial Services or related experience • Experience with back-office workflow, trade processing, accounting, P&L calculations, reconciliations • Prior experience with Swaps (CDS, CFDs, TRS, Basket Swaps) or Bank Debt preferred • Prior experience in Fund Accounting or Fund of Funds Administration preferred • Experience developing with workflow or BPM tools • Experience with messaging systems • Professional services or Consulting experience highly desired. • Ability to effectively interact with senior clients. • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to create & deliver clear, powerful & concise presentations/proposals. • Must also have the technical aptitude to communicate with the development team and understand the application architecture. • Ability to plan and manage time and resources, establish priorities and meet goals. • Strong understanding of financial models; ability to create financial models. • Creativity with an eye to developing new and innovative solutions. • Strong problem identification and analytical skills; ability to frame problems appropriately. • Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project. -- Thanks & Regards, Tommy jibin Technical Recruiter Ibis Tech International (Formally known as Hi range Technology) 906 Lacey Avenue Suite 106 Lisle; Illinois: 60532 Ph: 630 929 5198 Fax: 630-969-2722 [email protected] [email protected] www.ibisint.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
