Position: Project Manager Location: Albuquerque, NM Duration: 6-12 months *Business Need* In support of the PHS and PHP goal of increasing commercial business in the health plan there is a need to develop a Capitated HMO product which would be viewed as a high quality and desirable product. *Product Description* The Client Integrated model would highlight incentives for both the payer (PHP) and the delivery system. The payer will pay a fixed fee amount (capitated) and the delivery system will incentivize physicians to keep patients healthy and ultimately see less patients. This initiative will require first developing a “pricing model” which will involve negotiations between PHP, PMG, and the client The second deliverable will be to develop contracts, sale and marketing literature and infrastructure required to sustain this product. The third deliverable will be to develop measures to evaluate whether or not the Capitated HMO product and pricing model are successful. *Key Stakeholders* *Project Manager - TBD* Desirable project manager would posses’ good facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills.
