MUST Have Websphere Application Server Products, Java and working knowledge
of mainframe technologies.
Would provide a single point of contact for obtaining and supporting
environments for multiple project teams during Unit, System and UAT testing.
Looking for a self starter with strong organization skills who can drive
task completion with minimal supervision.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Coordinate tasks and resolve issues
- Report status to project PMO
- Coordinate Environment Incidence reporting
- Coordinate project requests with various support teams(WAS/z, WAS/d, DB2,
Unix, CICS, etc.)
- Coordinate tasks to set up, configure and tune environment components
- Coordinate and execute smoke test of environment when configuration is
complete
- Coordinate the replication of databases to support defined test scenarios.
The role requires mainframe and distributed skills. Prefer more experience
with distributed systems, this is a large modernization program.
