Client is looking for a *Junior Systems Administrator *for our client
located in *Boston, MA*. This is a *9 month contract *(end of June 2011).
*Rate is negotiable*. Below is the job description for our client.
*Scope of Services: *
- Provide first level support for the enterprise Active Directory and
Exchange environment, SPAM control and directory synchronization systems.
Focus will be on providing Blackberry users support
- System monitoring using SCOM and HP Open View, Symantec Antivirus
server, Windows SUS, and HP SIM
- Proactively identify and successfully troubleshoot technical issues in
a timely manner
- Create and maintain clear and easily understandable documentation for
the current state and proposed state of systems
- Work on assigned projects as needed
*Qualifications:*
- Strong Microsoft Desktop and LAN support experience
- 2 years experience with Active Directory, AD sites, subnets, trusts,
group policies and multi-child domains.
- 2 years experience with Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007
- 2 years experience supporting Blackberry Enterprise Server 4.0 and
above
- Strong understanding of Windows Operating systems
- Experience with IBM and HP hardware (Intel platform) is a plus
- Strong organization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent
documentation skills

Excellent problem solving skills with the ability of providing solutions
to problems that are identified.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision and be result
oriented

Must have excellent customer relationship skills
