Good morning,
*I appreciate all the time you have put into this requirement. I received a
little bit more details from my client manager.*
*Please make sure that we are sourcing for Development DBA's NOT Production
DBA's. He wants someone who is strong with creating and developing systems,
not just administering/operating exiting systems. If you need to go higher
on the rate, that is ok as long as their experience justifies it.*
*Also, please keep in mind ALL of the following tools are required. The
manager is open to interview anytime on Monday. This is a closer waiting to
happen.*

User/group account management
