Must have experience with Report Studio and writing large complex reports. They must have experience with the following: Day today Duties: 1. Built *Report studio* reports for HP Service Manager including Change Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management, Organization, Problem Management, Request Management and Service level Management. 2. Resolved Requests and Incidents in HP Service Manager. 3. Modified and fixed the issues with the existing reports in Report studio. 4. Developed adhoc report requests for Proactive and Reactive reports. 5. Created List reports, Cross tab reports and chart reports in report studio. 6. Built report studio reports using packages developed from Oracle tables and Power play cubes. 7. Attended Service Manager Showcase every alternate Monday and have worked on the Projects assigned in the showcase. 8. Provided status to the Project Manager in the Daily scrum meeting and Core Team Meeting. 9. Improved the performance of the report in Report studio. 10. Interacted with the Business Analysts for the report requirement.
