Overview Software Testing of Client’s Billing application. Assignments will include: Developing and documenting test scripts and cases using Quality Center. Set up test data if necessary. Executing test scripts in UNIX environment in accordance with the Test Plan. Validating test results in the Oracle DB, UNIX logs, UNIX files, etc. Verifying and documenting test results utilizing testing tools and utilities. Analyzing and reporting any anomalies utilizing Remedy incident reporting system. Successfully and efficiently coordinate work activities within the project team to ensure all testing is completed successfully and within schedule (testers of interfacing applications, developers, support, product management, etc) Provide first level support of the test environment – perform installs, maintain reference table data in ORACLE, execute shell scripts, etc. Distribute a daily status to the project team.
