DURATION : 6 months +
Urgent need for a Developer with Yield book experience
Our client, a leading Insurance amp; Financial Services company is seeking a
Sr. Developer with Yield Book experience to automate processes for performance
and distribution as well as for their Reporting Process.
Responsibilities:
* Development of batch processing to automate return attribution and reporting
* Evaluate the process and automate the process using Yield Book
* Interact with business units and all stakeholders
Required Skills:
* 7+ years experience as a Senior Developer in an Investments/Asset
Management/Risk Management environment
* 5+ years experience in Java, J2EE, WebSphere, Perl, Maestro or other job
schedulers, MS SQL server, Messaging (MQ), Web Services and XML
* 2+ years of experience with Yield Book from the Banking Industry
* Working knowledge of batch scripting
* Working knowledge of Return Attribution and Reporting
* Working knowledge of Scenario Analysis and Optimization
* Working knowledge of VaR (Value-at-Risk)
* Very strong knowledge of Investments data (ie: fixed income securities,
derivatives, market/credit risk, investments accounting etc.) is a must
* Must have impeccable communication skills - both verbal and written
* 5+ years of full systems development life cycle experience
* Team player skilled in strong relationship building
* BS degree in CS, MIS, Finance or related field; Advanced degree preferred.
