*The person has to be able to offer their own ideas/solutions and be a
“self-starter” per the client.*
*Candidate should already live in Chicago area…that is first preference but
if not must relocate there*
*Role:*
· *Perform Gap identification, Analyze Gaps, Document analysis and
Recommendations for Globalization Business Requirements*
· *Develop Functional design specification to solution the assigned
Gap
The document will include but is not limited to all configuration,
Programming requirements; Input parameters, output parameters, Processing or
manipulation requirements, fields, transactions called, expected outcomes,
error messaging, Unit Test data and or file. *
· *Understand project scope and requirements
Assess requirements, and requested changes
Engage Tech lead for all changes
Complete change Document
Participate in review meetings*
*Skills:*
· *Previous experience with Global Model development and delivery,
Foreign Currency (**preferably Mexico**) processing and revaluation and
local tax laws*
· *Five years of relevant work experience with SAP modules: SAP
FI/AP with integration to external Tax process Vertex and internal SAP self
taxation procedures preferably in mid to large size companies. *
· *Experience with SAP version ERP 6.0 in required modules for
position*
· *Experience with file transfers and batch file monitoring*
· *Experience using SAP Country specific templates*
· *Three to five years of experience with business/systems analysis
in AP, Procurement and taxing procedures and processes. *
· *Prior experience in mid to large size projects, and familiarity
with Project Life Cycle methodology. *
· *Develop and configure Master data*
· *Familiarity with business processes for SAP imaging integration.*
· *Familiarity with business processes for SAP AP workflow
processes.*
· *Excellent documentation skills. Demonstrated experience in
writing business requirements, functional specifications, and test scenarios
*
· *Solid understanding of: Accounting, Accounts Payable, Tax
Processing Domestic and Foreign and related best practices.*
· *Excellent documentation skills. Demonstrated experience in
writing business requirements, functional specifications, and test scenarios

· *Excellent verbal communication skills.*
· *Testing experience including script creation, execution, and
defect resolution. Previous experience regression testing. *
· *Experience with the testing software such as Quality Center*

· *Outside the box thinker; able to design processes with business
input*
· *Ability to create flow diagrams of processes/interfaces*

· *Ability to take direction and run with it with minimal guidance*

*2) HCM techno-functional consultant.*
Location – New York, NY and/or Milford, CT or both (prefer local to
Tri-states) but not a must.
Rate - $65 to $70 per hour DOE
Duration - 3 to 4 months with possibility of extension
*Project – Implement new ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and integrate it
with SAP HCM (ECC 6.0)*
*Required Skills and Duties to be performed:*
· SAP OM and PA (ECC 6.0)
o Guide business team with SAP PA/OM knowledge during the blue print and
key decisions
o Strong analytical skills – Based on our current HCM
setup/implementation, assess and advise if there is any impact on current
business processes, WRICEFs, etc.
· Prior experience with Applicant tracking systems and/or it’s
integration with SAP HCM
· Good documentation skills –
o Should be able to write blueprint documents
o Should be able to write functional specifications of interfaces based
on vendor file specifications and blue print design
· Technical skills – we are *NOT* looking for SAP ABAP experience
but the person should be technical enough such that he/she is able to:
o Explain blue print and interface functional specs to ABAP team
o If needed, provide some guidance on technical design to ABAP team
o Do basic/unit testing of the ABAP interfaces developed by ABAP team
o Assist business with integration testing
· Excellent communication skills – should be able to work
independently with business, IT and external vendor teams
· Excellent time management and coordination skills – work with
internal and vendor IT teams on technical matters such as setting us
automated scheduled/batch jobs, setting up FTP/SFTP between ATS and SAP,
etc.
