*Description:*
My client is looking for 2 Senior Siebel Administrators to support their CRM
initiative which is well into development and almost ready to move to their
first testing phase. They are ready for this person to start ASAP and the
duration will be 6 months leading into deployment.
Please see below for skill specification:
*1. **Siebel Admin/Infrastructure Resource*
a. Experienced resource with hands on Siebel 8.x Siebel Architecture
and Server topology knowledge
b. Client Specific Skill Requirements::
i. Experience with
Web Sphere installation and maintenance
ii. Experience with
RTD installation and code migration
iii. Experience with
Installation and Management of Avaya CTI components
c. Minimum Skills Required:
i. 3-4 full
lifecycle implementation projects in Siebel Admin roles, couple of projects
in Siebel 8.x
ii. Experience in
Siebel Server & Client Installation, Server Component Configuration and
Management
iii. Experience in User
Setup with Local DB and SRF Deployment
iv. Strong understanding
of Configuration and repository management techniques
v. Experience in
Migration between environments (Repository & Non-Repository Items
[SmartScripts, Message Types etc]) and use of ADM capabilities
vi. Experience in
working with multiple server environment along with load balancing and
clustering concepts
vii. Experience in
troubleshooting server crashes through analyzing server and SARM logs
viii. Database Skills (user
creation, analyze SQLs from performance standpoint, work with indexes)
