* * Sr. SAP OM/PA wt exp in *integrating into any 3rd party system* Location – New York, NY and/or Milford, CT or both Duration - 3 to 4 months with possibility of extension Rate: $65 to $75 per hour All inclusive DOE *Project – Implement new ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and integrate it with SAP HCM (ECC 6.0)* *Required Skills and Duties to be performed:* · SAP OM and PA (ECC 6.0) o Guide business team with SAP PA/OM knowledge during the blue print and key decisions o Strong analytical skills – Based on our current HCM setup/implementation, assess and advise if there is any impact on current business processes, WRICEFs, etc. · Prior experience with Applicant tracking systems and/or it’s integration with SAP HCM · Good documentation skills – o Should be able to write blueprint documents o Should be able to write functional specifications of interfaces based on vendor file specifications and blue print design · Technical skills – we are *NOT* looking for SAP ABAP experience but the person should be technical enough such that he/she is able to: o Explain blue print and interface functional specs to ABAP team o If needed, provide some guidance on technical design to ABAP team o Do basic/unit testing of the ABAP interfaces developed by ABAP team o Assist business with integration testing · Excellent communication skills – should be able to work independently with business, IT and external vendor teams · Excellent time management and coordination skills – work with internal and vendor IT teams on technical matters such as setting us automated scheduled/batch jobs, setting up FTP/SFTP between ATS and SAP, etc. *Genuine references are must. *** Thanks & Regards David.
