Systems Analyst
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Supports Vantage ERP system including diagnosing and resolving
software and hardware issues to eliminate end user problems.
· Installs, implements and supports network equipment and software
using a variety of testing tools and techniques to troubleshoot and resolve
complex technical problems
· Analyzes and designs business processes and recommends
modifications/updates for improvement
· Designs custom reports using Crystal reports
· Ensures data/system security for good business practice and for
meeting regulatory compliance such as SOX by implementing policies,
procedures and practice
· Responds to hardware and software requests with minimum supervision
which may include off hours support
Requirements:
· Degree or equivalent in a related field
· Certification/additional training in Microsoft server
administration, Cisco
· 5 years ERP experience
· Knowledge of report development tools including crystal reports
· Knowledge of programming languages, ASP is a plus
· Experience with database applications
· Experience with network administration
· Understanding of business functions including manufacturing and
finance
· Experience in project management
· Good interpersonal skills including the ability to develop good
working relationships with the end user
