The project will be using Maven so some experience with Maven, Ant or a similar tool is needed. · The project is using Flex 4 so “Practical knowledge” is needed · Air experience isn’t a deal breaker but the client prefers a passing knowledge of Air. · Hibernate & Spring are a must- demonstrated experience is needed · Databases and SQL are very much what drives this project. The project is dealing with large datasets very complex conditional requirements within, so facility with databases in general and mySQL in particular will be very important. · This person should be a strong thinker and tinkerer with a pretty comprehensive mastery of the toolsets that make his/her work efficient and effective.
