Title: Data Network Support Location: Tampa, FL Duration: Longterm Responsibility: • Maintains IT environment consistently with adherence to technology strategy including best practices • Contributes to execution plans and executes technical infrastructure projects to upgrade or refresh supported systems • Collaborates to develop respective technical domain roadmap • Develops documentation including processes and procedures for consistent maintenance and support • Develops utilities to automate repetitive tasks to reduce time of support • Interfaces with various levels or groups within the organization to gain consensus and buy-in from all parties • Interacts with customers and/or functional peer group managers. Skills Required • Possesses hands-on knowledge and experience in installing / configuring / operating ? LAN/WAN Implementation and Upgrades ? Familiarity with Cisco routers & switches, Nexus switches ? Configuring Cisco Wireless Access points & controllers ? Cisco Load Balancers and ACE modules ? Familiarity with tools like CiscoWorks, Concord eHealth, HP NNM ? Familiarity on using and working with Netscout probes & LAN sniffers ? Familiarity in configuring QOS, rate-limits • Possesses hands-on knowledge and experience in installing / configuring / operating ? Internet Implementation and Upgrades (Internet appliances and firewalls) ? Familiarity with Checkpoint and Juniper firewalls ? Configuring VPN Server farm and hardware devices like VPN Concentrators and Nortel Contivity ?
