Environment is Oracle 10g RAC. Over the years they have added more users, more queries, more dashboards, etc. As the DWHS has grown, performace has suffered. They have identified a list of possible problem areas the need to be fixed. They need a consultant to be able to implement these changes (Oracle consulting helped with the discovery and documentation of these issues. They consultant that did that for them is not available currently) *Day to day:* The consultant needs to have a mix of database administartion and data warehousing skills. They need to be able to resolve issues involving indexing, database parameters, configuration changes, etc. They need to have strong ETL experience and understand ETL concepts. This client runs multiple ETL tools (Informatica, ODI, sql, etc.). They need to have experience in large database and data warehouse environments (multi terabyte). This person needs to be able to address the issues and implement solutions that they have identified. They should also be willing and able to suggest some solutions as well.
