Job Title: Business Intelligence Developer Location: NYC, NY Duration: 12 Months Preferred: EAD or Green Card Holders Primary Responsibilities v Design, develop and maintain BI and Data Warehouse based solutions v Work with business customers in gathering and documenting requirements v Work individually or as part of a team v Ensure quality of work at all times Required Skills/Experience v 7 plus years of experience in developing IT applications v 3 or more years of experience with SQL Server Analysis Services (2005 and above), SQL Server Integration Services(SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services v Experience working with BIDS and knowledge of performance tuning of SSAS cubes v 4 plus years of experience with relational database management systems - preferably SQL Server or Oracle v Very Strong Data Modeling Skills v Knowledge of MDX statements and functions to create complex calculations v Good communication skills (oral and written) v 2 or more years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements v Prior experience in architecting applications, user interface design and detailed system design v Knowledge of administration procedures and processes associated with SQL Server Analysis Services Desired Skills/Experience . Media Industry experience (highly desirable) . VB.NET Programming Skills .
