*Responsibilities:*
Design, implement, test and document features assigned, diagnose
and resolve defects, follow instructions and processes/policies, report
progress periodically & deliver quality code.
• Maintain existing code and fix customer found issues
• Architect, design, implement and test software modules or user
interfaces as instructed, depending on position filled
• Design and develop rapid prototypes as necessary
• Deliver design documents, test plans and reports as required.

*Must have Skills:*
• Object oriented design, Good Problem solving skills, C++, STL, real
time multi-threading and developing applications.
• Linux development experience (Application development with target
to deploy on Linux)
Hands on development required. Expect 80-90% hands on implementation
Good oral & written communication, write technical specifications
• 5-9 years of commercial experience
• Degree in CS or related field preferred

*Desired Skills:*
• Scripting and automated testing
• SIP/VoIP technologies, experience in video applications, video
switching and related technologies
• RTP/RTCP expertise
• Conference management and related technologies
• VOIP application development
