Strong requirements gathering skills and rapid solution development capabilities. Ability to lead a team of both onshore and offshore resources to fulfill integrated solutions from source to customer. Communicate the value proposition of the Oracle based financial services vertical product suite from enrichment engines to end user reporting. Developing integrated project management plans, managing deadlines and dependencies across initiatives, and coordination of project team activities. Defining and agreeing on deliverables and milestones. 10 years working in BI environments with a minimum of 7 years working knowledge of the Oracle Hyperion product suite.
