Title: Level I SalesForce.Com Administrator

Duration: 3 months (+ extensions)

Location: Alameda, CA

Start:  ASAP

Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in Salesforce.com Administration, including
utilizing Data Loader.
At least 1 year of experience writing technical & design documentation.
Customer Service and Call Center experience is a plus.
Experience working in a validated environment is preferred.

Key Duties:
Provide overall ongoing support of the ADC Salesforce.Com (SFDC)system
utilized by the Global Customer Service organization.
Manage & take action on the production support tickets that are entered by
the Customer Service organization.
Address production issues in the SFDC system.
Develop and make enhancements to the SFDC system
Participate in technical discussions
Familiarity with SFDC administration and configuration
Other duties as assigned
