Sharepoint implementation was not done properly and client is in need of a Sharepoint Developer to come in and work on their existing Sharepoint installation. Person needs to meet with client and understand the requirements of Sharepoint and what is not working and what is wrong, etc. Then hat person needs to work on getting things working such as permissions, forms, etc. Person needs to work on redesigning and developing Sharepoint to have the functionality and features it was supposed to have. Sharepoint does support the Internet site and the Intranet site. Person should be able to work closely with IT and Marketing. Client is currently using Sharepoint 2007 but is licensed for Sharepoint 2010. Person should be able to work well in both and make recommendations to upgrade or not. - Experienced and proficient at planning, designing, and implementing all standard and enterprise features and functions of SharePoint on an enterprise level. - Working Knowledge about management and design options via SharePoint Designer. - Maintain and modify existing SharePoint 2007 sites, as needed. - Experience with intranet/portal maintenance and enhancements. - Responsible for overall SharePoint environment security; governance planning skills. - Gather requirements and implement moderate custom SharePoint solutions. - Familiar with SharePoint 2010 enhancements. - Plan/manage upgrade to SharePoint 2010.
