*POS: Crystal Reports Admin* *Location: San Bruno, CA*** *Duration: 3-6 months*** * *** *Note: Background checks are required on hire.*** * *** *Crystal Reports BI Administrator** Required Skills: · Installation, configuration and administration of Crystal Reports in multi-tier AIX environments. · Strong Experience with Crystal Reports logging analyses, trouble shouting (infrastructure) · Monitor Crystal Reports environment for usage and performance metrics. · Setting standards and guidelines for BI development. · Crystal Reports capacity planning and performance management. · Coordinate with SAP/Business Objects for resolution of any technical issues which requires product vendor engagement. · Strong analytical, problem-solving and testing skills. · Strong Experience and knowledge on Crystal Reports platforms/ infrastructure · Knowledge on all Crystal Reports Product suites would be an added advantage Crystal Application Administration: · Member, on-call rotation · Support and monitor PFI and PLM reporting systems · Create and publish weekly performance metrics · Manage the file and email data extracts to departments and/or directories · Coordinate outages for maintenance or upstream dependency · Maintain file systems and log purge routines.
