Hello, I am looking for a QA engineer. More specifically, one who has at least 3 years of extensive design and coding experience with QTP and strong programming skills in VB Script, C, C# or C++. Location: Newton, MA (Please send local candidates *only*) Hourly rate : $40/hr Duration : 6 Months + We are looking for an Automation QA Engineer for a 5-6-month project with potential for extension. The QA Engineer will be responsible for determining what can be automated and what should be automated. The Engineer will be working closely with other Automation QA Engineers, manual QA Testers, and development teams. QTP will be the primary automation testing tool and the Automation Engineer needs to have strong experience creating automation scripts and creating automation frameworks using QuickTestPro. Requirements: - Strong QTP experience - Programming experience (C, C++, or C# ideal) - Experience testing both Web and PC applications - .Net 4.0 environment experience - Agile development environment experience - UI automation testing - Experience creating automation scripts and automation frameworks - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work well with multiple teams - Ability to mentor other team members Desired Experience: - LoadRunner - Development background Background Check Required.
