Please let me know if you have any qualified candidates for this role. Hourly rate : DOE *Job Description:* ü The individual in this position will work as a member of a global development team. A high degree of working hour flexibility is required. ü Experienced ABAP Developer, with focus on HR Modules, to participate on SAP coding efforts, including: o Interface with the project team members to understand technical design specifications and delivery targets o Code the solutions o Compliance with Standards & Programming Practices & Guidelines. ü Support integration testing, user acceptance testing, cut-over activities, and warrantee period support as required ü Provides support to custom built applications ü SPS (SAP Programming Services) provides custom SAP development (ABAP) and support for SAP instances used by users worldwide * * *Skill Requirement: * *Must Have Soft Skill Requirements:* Ø Technical Analysis & Problem solving skills Ø Able to be productive when working asynchronously with the project team members located in other locations and timezones *Must Have Professional Skill Requirements:* Ø Experience on SAP HR Modules, such as Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Time Management, Personal Administration / Org Management (minimum of 8 years) Ø ECC 6 environment experience Ø Knowledge on Object Oriented coding constructs Ø Experience of working with ALE/EDI/IDOCS, Archiving, BAPI / BADI, Logical Database, Interfaces, On Line Programs, SapScript, User Exists, Master data layout/upload data, OSS Notes Implementation / Core code changes, RFC/other Functions, Runtime tuning, ALV (minimum of 8 years) Ø Knowledge of methods, processes, and techniques for delivering new or enhanced functionality Ø Knowledge of version control applications * * * **Nice to have requirements:* Ø Working knowledge of security and controls requirements and SAP operational procedures, such as Authorization Checks.
