Skills and Experience: • Minimum 7 years of experience with SAP payroll with increasing levels of responsibility. • Global payroll configuration experience, preferably in a lead role. • Experience working with offshore and offsite resources, coordinating consistent work output. • Deep knowledge of payroll configuration, including payroll schemas and rules. • Must have experience in leading and gathering of requirements, design, configuration, testing and deployment of functionality in SAP Payroll projects. • Requires functional understanding of the overall SAP HCM module • Strong ability to gather detailed requirements, guiding a customer toward a global standard while still meeting the needs of local jurisdictions. • Ability to communicate with and work with people from a variety of cultures. • Strong oral and written communications skills, including the ability to analyze and develop detailed written policies, procedures and system documentation, and effectively manage workshops and presentations. • Experience with Adobe forms, HR Forms, US Tax Reporter, and other payroll reporting methods. • Experience with outsourcing payroll solutions, ADP experience preferred. • Collaborative working style, focused on developing the best solution for the customer within the overall goals of the HCM solution. • Knowledge of SAP best practices and Solution Manager preferred. -- Best Regards, Suman 678-248-2096 EXT 255 [email protected] IM: [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
