Systems Administrator Location - Long Island City, NY Contract - 2 Year Pay - $45 an Hour The person will be doing support of the business, product building and maintenance. They will be working with offshore vendor team, IT testing team and will be the 1st line of defense for defects. They will be part of the team that takes on construction of the new system from the vendor eventually. Looking for a migration and quality control background. · Oracle DBA/SQL DBA understanding · Linux/Unix (shell scripting experience would be helpful, from an automating stand point not a development) · WebSphere administration · Retail bank experience a plus · Case Management Experience a Plus · Migrations application systems maintenance · MQ Series architecture (programming not important for this) · Tibco architecture, acumen is relevant · Webservices · High availability architecture experience (i.e. familiarity with multi site installations and COB, continuation of business) · The person needs to be able to document, communicate effectively, and run calls (we coordinate with many other development and business groups) Flexible times (although we work business hours, we often need to support the vendor, business, and production at off hours and weekends Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
