Position:QA Analyst
Location: Baltimore, MD metro area
Duration: 7 months
Interview Process: Phone interview + Face-to-face interview
Rate: $40/hr
Soft Skills:
a) must be confident to work with minimal supervision
b) excellent communication skills are a must!
QA Analysts write and execute test scenarios and scripts as part of an overall
testing effort. They document test results according to prescribed processes
and retest code containing defects. They also communicate status to test
managers as defined and raise testing issues in a timely manner.
Mid-level experience
A middle experience level is defined as either having <10 years in the IT space
or <5 years in the specific technology they are contracted for. Resources at
this level would need a low level of direction from a team lead and could take
a thought of leadership role in tasks if needed.

· Test Data Analysis
· Batch job scheduling and batch executions related to Performance Test
· Performance Data Analysis and Reporting
· WebServices Performance Testing (SoupUI/Jmeter/LoadRunner)
· Test Coordinations and Executions
· Technical Skills
o WebServices and JMS Queue Testing
o SoupUI orJMeter or LoadRunner
o SQL or PL/SQL
o Ruby or Pearl or Python
o Batch job scheduling
